Follow-on implementation work, technology changes, process rebuilds, or larger projects, is scoped separately, often through Project Management or Fractional COO once the assessment is done. Praxis does not provide legal, tax, or financial advisory services.

What do we actually get at the end?

Do you implement the recommendations too?
Not as part of this engagement. If you want Praxis to build and run the fixes, that's scoped separately as Project Management or Fractional COO.
Can you advise on legal or financial decisions?
No. Praxis flags where a legal, tax, or financial specialist should get involved, but doesn't provide that advice directly.
