Business Consulting

Praxis works with owners and managers to assess how the business currently operates, technology, workflows, vendors, and where problems keep resurfacing, then delivers a plain-language plan for what to fix first. Unlike Fractional COO, this is a defined engagement rather than an ongoing weekly commitment.

An outside, practical look at how your business runs, with a plan you can actually act on.

What's included

Praxis reviews current operations and technology, talks with key staff where useful, and delivers a written assessment with prioritized recommendations. Follow-on implementation work, technology changes, process rebuilds, or larger projects, is scoped separately, often through Project Management or Fractional COO once the assessment is done. Praxis does not provide legal, tax, or financial advisory services.

FAQ

How is this different from Fractional COO?

Business Consulting is a defined engagement with a start and end: an assessment and a plan. Fractional COO is an ongoing weekly commitment where Praxis stays embedded and helps build the fixes over time.

What do we actually get at the end?

A written assessment of what's working, what isn't, and a prioritized plan for what to address first, in plain language, not a generic template.

Do you implement the recommendations too?

Not as part of this engagement. If you want Praxis to build and run the fixes, that's scoped separately as Project Management or Fractional COO.

Can you advise on legal or financial decisions?

No. Praxis flags where a legal, tax, or financial specialist should get involved, but doesn't provide that advice directly.
